PASMO doesn’t work when the battery of the device (except iPhone XS/XS Max/XR and later) runs out. When the battery runs out while travelling (within ticket gates), please contact a ticket gate agent for the fare adjustment by cash. PASMO (and its balance) never disappears from your device even if a battery temporarily runs out.
